Year 6 into Year 7 Transition
A huge welcome to our Year 6 students and their parents/carers! We are really looking forward to you becoming part of our Conyers community.
Information for Parents
Here are some key dates for your diary:
- Thursday 2nd July (PM) – Information Evening for Parents at Conyers.
- This event begins at 5:30pm and will take place in the School Hall.
- Friday 3rd July – Transition Day at Conyers for all Year 6 pupils who have been allocated a place.
- Pupils need to arrive at 8:40am wearing their primary school uniform.
- They also need to bring some basic school equipment with them (pen, pencil, ruler).
- Pupils will be dismissed at 2:45pm.
The above events are for all students coming to Conyers.
The following additional event will be by invitation for students who are from out of area schools:
- Thursday 2nd July 1:30pm – 3:30pm
We will send further information to you nearer the time about all events listed above.

A copy of this epic project will be given to your child on on Transition Day (Friday 3rd July).
Please reinforce the importance of completing this project with your child.
We are looking forward to your child showing us their very best effort with their project and returning it in September.
