IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT EXAM CERTIFICATE COLLECTION

For students who sat GCSE and A Level exams in Summer 2025:

Certificate Collection 2025

We are pleased to inform you that your exam certificates from Summer 2025 are available to collect from the school main reception from Wednesday 19 November 2025.  Please be aware main reception opening hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Before collecting your certificates you will need to book a timeslot via the online booking form.

If you are collecting your certificates in person, you will be asked to sign and you will need to show photo ID.

If you are unable to collect them in person, you can nominate a third-party person to collect on your behalf.  You will need to complete the form on our website https://conyers.org.uk/information/examinations/certificates.

The person collecting the certificates must bring the form and their photo ID.

Please be reminded that your certificates are legal documents. Replacement certificates must be requested directly from the exam boards and cost approximately £48 per certificate.

All certificates must be checked by the person collecting them and signed for upon collection to ensure their accuracy.
